It's official. "Slumdog Millionaire" stars Dev Patel and Freida Pinto are a couple in real life.
According to People.com, Patel's mother confirmed the relationship to a British newspaper.
"Life can't get any better for him. Freida is really beautiful, and I am really happy for them," Mrs. Patel told Britain's Daily Mirror.
Speculation about the couple's status added to February's Oscar buzz, though, at the time, both stars denied they were an item.
Twitterers couldn't be happier for the couple.
