But some customers found themselves out of luck when a number of stores ran out of the new grilled chicken. Others traveled to the fast food restaurant only to find long lines and coupon complications.

thesixthwoman So apparently people who couldn't get KFC yesterday called 911. The road to hell is paved with Oprah's good intentions, methinks.
What did they think would happen if Oprah announced it??? In the past, almost every item Oprah has even mentioned on the show has sold out or there has been a huge jump in sales. This woman is the present-day Midas. It's a shame they can't redeem the coupons now and have to give a rain check.
