"American Idol" Loses 2 More

After yesterday's disco-themed performances, "American Idol" said goodbye to two contestants tonight.

Memphis mom Lil Rounds and North Carolina crooner Anoop Desai made their exits from the "Idol" stage, leaving only 5 singers in the competition.

Two contestants were sent packing tonight since the judges used their "save" last week to keep Matt Giraud in the competition. Last night Giraud sang the Bee Gees' hit "Stayin' Alive," and, well, America kept him alive for at least one more week.

Some tweeters weren't too shocked with tonight's results.

'Millionaire' returning to TV

ABC announced that the prime-time version of "Who Wants to Be a Millionaire?" will return August 9 for 11 new episodes. This will be the show's tenth season and will once again be hosted by Regis Philbin, according to EW.com.

ABC's renewed interest in the show is likely due to the success of "Slumdog Millionaire."

'DWTS' Elimination Results

SPOILER ALERT! Another dancer was eliminated from "Dancing With the Stars last night." It was football star Lawrence Taylor's time to go, and he seemed more than happy to do so.

While Taylor's pro partner hinted that he couldn't wait to get back to the golf course, Taylor admitted "I'm going to remember this for the rest of my life," according to PEOPLE.

Like Taylor himself, fans didn't seem too broken-hearted about the decision:

"Project Runway" moves to Lifetime

"Project Runway" was given the green light to make it work over on Lifetime. The popular show's sixth season was delayed for months after The Weinstein Co. opted to move the show from NBC's Bravo network to Lifetime. The Weinstein Co. agreed to "pay NBC Universal an undisclosed sum to move the series from NBC's Bravo to Lifetime," according to Reuters.

"Runway," hosted by Heidi Klum and Tim Gunn, finished season five in October of 2008. The show takes 16 fashion designers and puts them through a series of challenges to win the ultimate prize: money to launch their own clothing line. The new season will being airing on Aug. 20.
